what we collect

For velada negative (october 31, 2026) we collect only:

• RSVP info from lexaladar.com/negative: your name, phone number, Instagram handle if you add one, and the time you agreed to get texts.
• Phone numbers and voicemails from calls to the velada negative hotline.
• A one-way scrambled version of your IP address, kept briefly to stop spam signups. We never store the address itself.

We use this for this event only. We don’t sell or share it, and we don’t use it for marketing anything else. Our phone and text provider (Twilio) and our host (Cloudflare) process it for us to run the RSVP and the hotline.

texts

If you check the box when you RSVP, we text you updates about this event: your guest number, a few event updates, a request to confirm, and the address on the day. That’s up to 6 texts. If you call the hotline, we may send one text with the RSVP link. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opting out doesn’t cancel your RSVP, but we can’t send you the address by text.

We don’t share your phone number or text opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

how long we keep it

We delete RSVP info, phone numbers and voicemails within 90 days after the event.
